50% of the payment is due upfront before we start work and then once you're happy and the website is ready to go live, the final 50% will be due.

Yes! Your website will include a CMS (Content Management System) so you'll be able to login and make changes to the website yourself. But if you'd prefer me to do it, that's fine. Just get in touch and I can usually get any simple changes or amends completed in 24 hours or less.

All websites have to be hosted on servers usually provided by third parties which incurs a fee. This enables your website to be live on the world wide web. The annual fee is to cover the ongoing cost of hosting your website.

Yes. I offer web and email hosting services to my clients.

No, you can use your own web hosting if you prefer, that's fine.

A domain name, or domain, is the name of a website that you can type into your web browser to access it. It’s like the street address of a house, but for a website. It consists of a website name and a domain extension. My domain name is positivewebdesign.net and yes I can register yours for you, I can take care of all that for you.

That's fine. I can build websites on domains registered elsewhere. You can still use my web hosting service or use another service you choose to use from another provider.

Only if I am providing web hosting for your website. If that's the case, there will be an annual web and email hosting fee and also an annual charge for your domain name.

I will invoice you directly a few weeks beforehand to ensure plenty of time for you to make the payment.
